About Enbiomedic

Based in the Bay Area, CA, Enbiomedic Inc. was founded in 2007 in recognizing the increasing importance of merging engineering and medicine to advance human health. We provide consultation for our clients in the field of biomedical engineering. Our services encompass a broad spectrum, from idea generation and evaluation to product design and development. We also provide educational seminars in specific topics of medicine or engineering upon request of our clients.

Founder and CEO of Enbiomedic, Inc. Dr. King-Wah Yeung, M.D., Ph.D., earned his B.S. degree in Engineering and Applied Science from Caltech, and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Biomechanical Engineering from Stanford University. In addition, he received his Ph.D degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford and his M.D.degree from the University of California, Davis. Dr. Yeung worked for Hewlett-Packard Company for twenty years in product development at HP's computer divisions, and applied research at HP Laboratories. He worked in the area of power systems for minicomputers, inkjet printing and imaging, and medical engineering. Following a very successful career at HP, Dr. Yeung completed medical training and a family practice residency at UC Davis, and worked as a family practice physician at Woodland Healthcare for two years until he founded Enbiomedic Inc. Dr. Yeung holds 15 U.S. patents and has seven publications.
